Complete Auto Service has been a family owned and operated business for over 50 years. Kings Garage was established on Jan 2, 1960 by Linford King. Later, his brother Marshall joined him where they served North Central Texas for 25 years together. In 1990 Linford's son David took over the business. Linford had been renting an old building on the corner of HWY 82 and Culberson for the life of the business. Soon after taking ownership of the business David purchased a larger shop about a block behind the previous property.
Around 1999 David purchased the current property located at 808 N I-35. David's son Jordon started working at the shop around this time. In 2001 David's other son Chris started working at the shop. During 2012 Jordon and Chris took ownership of the business. We also changed the name to Complete Auto Service by Kings. Chris and Jordon are 3rd generation automotive technicians.

Complete Auto Service strives to be your one stop shop for all your automotive repair & maintenance needs. We are able to accomodate everything from brake jobs to long block engine installs. Paid subscriptions to multiple repair information networks, including Mitchell ProDemand, help us to do the job to OEM specifications. Keeping up with the latest diagnostic procedures allows us to
diagnose your problem in a timely fashion. We have invested in very expensive tools & equipment to do the job correctly. We have recently purchased a Snap-On Passthru Pro which allows us to do programming of vehicle computers in almost any vehicle on the road.
We are able to take care of your Engine Mechanical and Engine Performance needs. We don't "throw parts at your car", we diagnose the problem and fix it correctly the first time! Ask about our Fuel Kare System.
Transmission slipping? We are able to take care of you! Upon diagnosis of an internal problem we offer plenty of options and let you decide which route to take. We can perform a lot of repairs in house, and usually offer a quick turnaround.
Batteries, Alternators, starters, computer diagnostics, wiring... we do it all! We have a digital storage oscilloscope on hand to get technical for those complicated problems.
Front & rear brake jobs, parking brake adjustment, ABS brake diagnostics, hydraulic repair. We have a Hunter brake lathe in house to get your rotors straightened back out!
Rough ride? We'll get you back to riding in comfort. Complete Auto Service is able to diagnose your steering issues and replace neccessary parts to get you back on the road and prevent excessive tire wear.
Hearing a whine in your rear end? We're fully capable to rebuild your rear end. Complete Auto Service is able to replace u-joints, axles, carrier bearings, axle bearings, and anything else you throw at us.
Our certified professionals are able to diagnose your heating & A/C problems. From complete A/C system replacement to pulling your dash to install heater cores, we are fully capable.
We take even the smallest jobs seriously. When we install spark plugs we torque to factory specification, and apply anti-sieze to the threads. Ask us about your maintenance schedule and keep your vehicle running to it's maximum potential!
About the only thing we don't do is body work. We have been know to work on motorcycles, boats, & wood chippers. If it's mechanical don't hesitate to ask!

He is an ASE certified technician in Engine Mechanical Repair, Engine Performance, Brakes, HVAC, and Electrical and Electronics, & Automatic Transmissions & Transaxles. He specializes in electrical and electronics, but has experience in everything related to automotive repair.

Chris has 20 years experience in the automotive repair industry. Chris has apprenticed under numerous reputable mechanics, and is very experienced in every aspect of automotive repair. He specializes in major engine mechanical repair and drivetrain repair. Chris is also a very skilled diagnostician.

Sandy has been working with us since 2019. She is the the first face you'll see when visiting us. She is very outgoing and strives to keep our customers aware of any problems we may encounter while servicing their vehicles.
